Spring/Summer 2013 with Nasty Gal

I love what Nasty Gal is doing in creating their own brand. It sets them apart from other sites and gives them their own sense of uniqueness and identity. Its been a while since I've visited the site, but I wanted to check out the items in their latest Spring/Summer collection. I love the classic black timeless pieces coupled with the bright pastels known for spring and summer. To me the collection is literally night and day; it's edgy, chic and I love it. Perfect Summer Hairstyle: Ciara wears short shorts!

I'm obsessed with Ciara's new hair cut! I've been stalking her Instagram for a few months because her blonde shoulder length bob was to die for. I didn't think it was possible, but she totally out did herself! This new cut is sexy and sophisticated, it's the perfect hairstyle for summer. Maybe short haired girls do have more fun!

Banquet 2013: Purple Lipstick Edition

I don't really care much for the banquets at Oakwood, I just like to play dress up! lol. The theme for this year's banquet was Alice in Wonderland. I'm down for theme parties but being our last banquet we ditched the themed costumes and decided to wear all black. It's classy and timeless. We didn't want to look back 30 years from now and say "oh my goodness, what was I wearing?!" lol.

We had a good time overall! 

I'm gonna miss dressing up and taking a million pics with these girls:(
